Are you local to the area?
Absolutely! Born and raised, attending local schools and college, right here in Charleston, SC!

All our estimates are free!
Do you paint using a spray gun?
No. All our work is brush and roll. Using a spray paint machine creates a fog that can ruin other surfaces nearby. Beware of anyone using a spray gun inside your treasured home environment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold most major area city or town business licenses in addition to our Charleston County business license. In addition, we are licensed by the South Carolina Contractor Licensing Board by holding a General Contractor's License - Interior Renovation Group 2. This license allows us to perform work valued up to $200,000.
Most painters, if they hold a SC license at all, are considered "Specialty Contractors" and are limited in the value of the work they can perform under such a restricted license (at present, up to $5,000) Beware of anyone NOT able or willing to provide you proof of licensing as that can lead to significant and potential legal ramifications.
We also possess current worker's compensation and general liability insurance and can provide homeowners with a COI (Certificate of Insurance) once a contract is signed.
Do you have references?
Yes. We have been in business 46 years and have had thousands of satisfied customers through the years. We are happy to have customers willing to share their experience and who permit us to share their contact information.
Do you hold any designations within your industry?
Yes. We are certified in lead paint removal by the EPA which requires strict training and ongoing Continuing Education classes. We are also currently affiliated with HOME ADVISOR/ANGI'S LIST where we maintain a consistent 4.5 star rating,
Do you work on exterior of homes?

We primarily use "top of the line" Benjamin Moore products but clients are certainly permitted to specify the manufacturer of paint when choosing materials. In most cases, color selections from other paint manufacturers can be made using Benjamin Moore paint so as to assure you of the quality line of paint being used on your home.
